Everything was immaculately clean, from the hotel to the rooms and bathroom. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. The wifi was top-notch and the price per night was incredibly fair! The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops. The 24-hour check-in desk was a lifesaver for our early flight, and the hotel even organized a reasonably priced taxi from the airport. The hotel's central garden was a lovely surprise, providing a peaceful atmosphere. our stay was mind-blowingly awesome! Gracias por todo!

the breakfast offered a wide array of good meals. location: the hotel was near to quick walk from restaurants, coffee bars, shops and public transport and one of the main avenues of the city and condesa. everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for my city break. The location was great, close to public transportation and in a safe area. I really appreciated the free hot and cold drinking water on each floor.
The noise level was high, both from outside and inside the hotel. I had trouble sleeping because of the street noise and also because a drunk guest made a lot of noise in the middle of the night.
